The Technique I Use To Help You Shift What Lives Below the Surface

The Work That Shifted My Entire Life

I originally received a ThetaHealing® session in 2015 as a means to relieve the pain from a traumatic near-death car accident the year before.  My facilitator explained to me that my pain was beyond my physical injuries. My skepticism turned to gratitude within 3 sessions my limp improved and walking with a cane become unnecessary. 

In our work she helped me identify patterns of extreme trauma that ran through my entire life. From childhood sexual trauma, abuse in the name of religion, meteoric crisis swings in money, etc. 

It all stopped with the deep healing of soul level pain and ancestral trauma that I originally was very skeptical to accept. 

Simply, this modality changed my life and that is when I became a practitioner of this work. I lived and breathed the experience of the transformation and now for over 10 years have bene providing this facilitation to people in all walks of life, religious backgrounds and for a variety of reasons ranging from moving through trauma that traditional therapy could not do, to money beliefs, to chronic pain relief of medical conditions that seemed incurable. 

The common understanding I have found across this work is that our beliefs ripple through the invisible quantum field and shift our lives. Thus this section is my personal testimony as I have experienced this work. Below you will further understand the official perspective on this methodology.

What is ThetaHealing®?

ThetaHealing® is a training method for the mind, body, and spirit developed by Vianna Stibal in 1995. It is not affiliated with any single religion but is accepting of all belief systems. At its core, it is a focused meditation technique that brings the brain into a Theta brainwave state - the same state experienced during deep relaxation, sleep onset, and creative flow - and uses that state to locate and shift limiting beliefs held in the subconscious mind.

The technique is grounded in the understanding that over 90% of our thoughts and behaviors are driven by subconscious programming. When that programming contains limiting beliefs including beliefs connect to worthiness, safety, money, love or identity. These beliefs creates resistance that no amount of conscious effort alone can overcome. ThetaHealing® works directly at the subconscious level to change those patterns at their root.

About Theta Brain Waves

The human brain cycles through several electromagnetic wave states throughout the day. Beta is the alert, analytical, conscious mind. Alpha is the relaxed, reflective state. Theta is the bridge between the conscious and subconscious - the state of dreaming, deep meditation, and neuroplasticity. Delta is the deepest sleep state.

In Theta, the brain is in its most receptive state for learning, healing, and reprogramming. Research in neuroplasticity and epigenetics supports the understanding that beliefs and perceptions held at the subconscious level have a direct influence on gene expression, emotional patterns, and physical wellbeing.

What Happens During A Session?

I provide facilitation both in person and remotely via Zoom

  • Identify the focus. You bring a challenge — a recurring pattern, emotional block, physical tension, relationship dynamic, or limiting story. The practitioner listens to understand what is actually driving the issue.
  • Dig to the root belief. Through guided questions — a process called "digging" — the practitioner traces the surface issue back to its core subconscious belief. This is often a belief that was formed early in life or inherited through family patterns.
  • Validate using muscle testing. The belief is confirmed through a simple muscle-testing technique, which provides a direct, physical read of the subconscious response — independent of what you consciously believe or want to believe.
  • Access the Theta state. The practitioner enters a Theta brainwave through a brief meditation, connecting to Source energy — what ThetaHealing calls the Creator of All That Is.
  • Shift and replace the belief. With your permission, the limiting belief is released and replaced with an empowering one — a "download" of a new feeling or knowing that the subconscious can accept and integrate.
  • Confirm the shift. Muscle testing is used again to verify that the new belief has been received. You receive tangible confirmation that something has changed.
